How to get ready for your first class

Here are 6 tips for your first class/session with Fitness By Tracy. We do our best to provide the information that you will need prior the sessions. 

First class/session

Sneakers

It is important to have your sneakers with you for the training. Don't forget your socks either! 

Make sure your they fit you well and they are your correct size. 

Snack

One of the best ways to heal your body after a work out is by having a light, protein-filled snack. We recommend bringing along a protein bar, walnuts, or your favorite fruits to keep your blood sugar in check and help speed up the healing process.

Music

Motivating music and quality sound can totally make the difference between a good work our and a great work out. 

Get your play list music ready for the session.

Reusable Water Bottle

Staying hydrated is essential during workouts, so make sure to keep a bottle of water with you during the session. We recommend using a reusable water bottle as they are better for the environment and keep your water colder longer.

Gym Clothes

Gym clothes should be made from breathable, quick dry, moisture-wicking fabrics to move trapped sweat and heat from the body to keep you cool and comfortable. Lightweight clothing is also important to prevent overheating. 

Timing

It is important to have your self ready for the workout and be prepared for your session. Give your self 15 minutes pre workout to warm up your body and be ready for an incredible session.
