Frequently Asked Question

Price

Our prices are based on our experience and our work ethic. We will always give our best in your sessions. Each service has a different price and you can see them in the "Services" part of our website, or if you have any special questions you can call us or contact us directly.

Payment

In this moment we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle. 

You will pay for your first class, and after your first session you pick your best package. 

Cancelation
policy

You have 24 hours to cancel your session or change the time. Money will no return and/or session will be reschedule if you cancel the session in the 24 hours prior the class starts. Feel free to call us anytime you need.

Location

You give us your location for the training and we will go there. However, we have a limited area where we provide the service. Please give us your address in advance. If you wish to change the location of your training, please let us know as soon as possible. 

The training can be done at your home, in a park, or in our location. Pick the location where you feel more comfortable to work out, and let us know.

Booking

You make the reservation for the first training in our online system, and after that class you schedule each session with Tracy directly. To book go to "Book Now". 

Schedule

We are open Monday to Saturday. Sunday we are closed. 

Monday to Friday from 4:30 am to 4:30 pm 

Saturday from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm
